Personal training is offered by LBEB at Crossfit Grand Rapids, our home base in Seattle,WA. The personal training sessions will be built around your goals and needs, with a one-on-one setting. Sessions last one hour long, and include proper technique instruction, dialogue of strength training and knowledge, program building, and most importantly, WHY we teach the movements we teach.
Our credentials and experience include, but aren’t limited to:
-USAW L1 Sports Performance Coach
-L1 Crossfit Coach
-Bachelors in Sports & Exercise Science
-Experience competing in and teaching: Crossfit, Powerlifting, Strongman, Olympic lifting
