What Did RAWR Strength Do?
Since the beginning of 2021, RAWR Strength was a leader in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting providing the highest quality information about the sport from the gear to wear to the technical aspects of the sport.
It was run by Mona Pretorius de Lacey, an International level Weightlifter with impressive competitive achievements including a Commonwealth bronze medal.

Lift Big Eat Big was founded by Brandon Morrison who was a competitive Strongman athlete and professional coach. Since August 2021, Lift Big Eat Big has been purchased by James de Lacey, professional strength & conditioning coach with a Master’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science.
