For a nominal fee, I will write a macro parameter for your day, based on your goals and requests. This plan will outline your macronutrient and caloric parameters for the day, in order to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be.
What is included in the macro plan:
1. Printable/fillable excel sheet of your daily macros, cals, and grams for each meal/day.
2. Automatically adjusts your daily intake as meals are consumed. (no need for math!)
3. Can be used whether you like eating 3, 4, or 5 meals a day.
4. You will weigh yourself every Friday, before eating, and after the bathroom. You will report your weekly weight to me.
5. I will adjust macros as you progress, to reflect the weight lost/gained during the process.
6. You will take progress photos once a month to serve as a visual reminder of your progress.
What I will need from you in order to put it together:
4. The type of physical training you do.
5. Bodyfat percentage (if you don’t know this one, it’s OK).
6. Your body composition goals.
7. Your physical training goals.
8. How many meals you eat per day (3-5)
