Frequently asked questions

What equipment will I need?

You will need typical gym equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, and machines. Essentially, anything that's available in a typical commercial gym so if you train in one, you're good to go. Otherwise you can make substitutes for exercises where you don't have equipment.

Do I need to be at a certain level for this program?

Yes. You should have basic strength training under your belt. Also, you should be able to perform a wide variety of exercises with great technique such as squats, lunges, and Romanian deadlifts.

Is there a diet I should follow when doing this program?

You should NOT be in a calorie deficit trying to lose weight when doing this program. You must be eating enough calories to sustain this type of training and to build muscle. Guidelines are presented in the training manual.

What do I do after finishing the 12 weeks?

Take a week to deload then start a new training program that equally addresses the entire body or run an upper body specialization program.

Is this program for females too?
